Maple Syrup
Mark and Danielle, the owners of Noteology, love to be creative, in the woods! They own a Maple Farm in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York called Grouse Hill Maple, and tap the trees to make some of the tastiest maple syrups and confections.
All natural, 100% pure maple syrup. No preservatives, fillers or additives.
When the season shifts from winter to spring in the Finger Lakes, they fire up the arch and slowly boil the sap from their maple trees into delicious maple syrup. The farm dates back to the mid-1800’s and they proudly steward the land of century old trees while sustainably managing our certified bird-friendly forest, certified by the Audubon Society of New York.
