Danielle and Mark worked with a flour mill in the Finger Lakes that is only 12 miles from their farm, to make this sweet cream buttermilk pancake (or waffle) mix for a rich, authentic taste. Made with 3 types of flour, these pancakes are fluffy and light and made with unbleached flour with no synthetic colors or flavors.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Rye Flour, Dextrose, Powdered Buttermilk, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Salt.
