Birthday Party for Kids
Kids love to party too! Having your Birthday Party at Noteology is fun for them and easy for you! Birthday parties for kids are just like our Perfume Parties for adults but with kid-friendly scents and activities, paired with age appropriate perfume making.
We offer 2 party options, a Perfume Party or a Spa Party, that will give your child a fun, engaging and memorable birthday celebration! Another bonus for hosting a party with us, all participants (and parents) get 20% off their purchases in the rest of the shop at the party!*
Our kids parties are a blast with a great mix of hands-on scented activities to make-and-take home experiences mixed with sense of smell learning games that make learning fun!
You can select from the following packages:
Perfume Party: $25 per child.
With this package, children will:
- Take part in a sensory experiment learning the connection between smell and taste
- Test their scented knowledge with a scent inspired game
- Make their own roller ball perfume
- Decorate their own bags for their perfumes to take home
Perfume Party time: 1 hour
Spa Party: $35 per child
A Spa Party includes everything in the above Perfume Party Package along with 2 more pampering activities!
- In addition to the Perfume Party, the birthday child can pick a spa theme for their scents that will be used to make to make their perfumes, scent & glitter their own lotion and will be treated to a homemade facial mask and cucumber eye treatment.

- Modern Spa with relaxing and uplifting scents like juicy strawberry, perfectly peach and fresh bamboo.
- Vacation Spa with fun, fruity and tropical scents like island slushie, golden sands and suntan lotion.
- Celebration Spa with festive, yummy and fabulous scents like birthday cake, sparkling punch and pink fireworks!
- Princess Spa with enchanted, magical, fairy tale scents like mystic mermaid, enchanted forest and fairy dust.
Each party also includes:
- A personalized label for the perfume bottle with your child's name on it.
- A personalized poster for your child to take home that is signed by their party guests. A great way to remember the day!
Q: When do kids parties happen?
Perfume Parties for Kids occur during the day and after-hours.
Q: Is there a minimum number of kids required for a private party?
Yes, parties that occur during the day require a minimum of 6 kids and a maximum of 12. For parties that occur after-hours, the minimum is 12 kids with a maximum of 20.
Q: How long do the kids parties last?
Perfume parties for kids typically last 1 hour. If you are celebrating with cake or cupcakes, then it will be 1.5 hours. Spa parties typically last 1.5 hours, and if you are celebrating with cake/cupcakes, then it will be closer to 1.75-2 hours. When you book your party, our Party Planners will be happy to give you more specific details based on your party size.
Q: Is there a cost to host a party?
There is no additional cost to host a party, however an 18% gratuity will be applied per child.
Q. Do I have to leave a deposit to hold my party date?
When you book your party, we will keep a credit card on file for a $50 deposit to hold your date. If you cancel your party within 2 weeks of your party, you will be charged the $100 deposit. If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your party, you will not be charged.
You can pay for your party either at the time of booking or at your party.
Q: Can we bring food or drinks to the party?
Yes, a cake, cupcakes or dessert for celebrating is allowed. We also offer individual charcuterie boxes for kids parties. They are $15 per box and are intended to be one per child as a filling snack or light meal. They can, however, be split between 2 children, but we require a minimum of 6 boxes to be ordered per party. They include a selection of fresh fruits, crackers, kid-friendly meats and cheeses, iced animal crackers, mini chocolate pretzels and butterfly gummy bears or worms.
All other outside food, snacks or drinks are not permitted.
Please note, we do provide complimentary bottled water, napkins, plates, flatware, and a lighter for birthday candles. We do not provide the birthday candles, so you will want to bring those if you celebrating with a desert, cake or cupcakes.
Q: Can I come before the party starts to set up decorations?
We hang a Happy Birthday banner on the wall in the Custom Studio. If you would like to bring more decorative items, we allow minimal décor, like balloons, to decorate the studio. We will have the custom studio ready for you a 15 minutes before your party begins. Feel free to come at that time. Balloons look great tied to the studio chairs or weighted down around the studio.
Q: Do we have to clean up after the party?
Absolutely not! From start to finish, we will do everything we can to accommodate you and your guests. We will take care of the little details so that your party is fun and effortless!
Q. I heard you can have a party for Brownies and Girl Scouts. Is that true?

Q: Are there any special perks with having a Kids Party?
Yes! The Birthday girl or boy will go home with a personalized birthday party poster signed by all of their guests to remember the special day and all participants (and parents) get 20% off their purchases in the rest of the shop at the party! 20% off excludes already reduced merchandise, gift cards and the custom studio experiences and accessories.
Q: Do we need to make reservations?
Yes! Reservations are required for all parties. We recommend calling at least 2-4 weeks in advance of your desired party date as party slots fill up quickly. Please call (570) 343-2100 to make your reservation. Reservations are first come, first served.
Q: Do you do parties on location?
Yes! We can certainly come to you! There is an on-location fee for us to come to you which starts at $500 and is determined by the travel time involved and the number of guests in your party. Please email Customer Service at info@noteology.com or call 570-343-2100 for more details!
