Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Free Standard Shipping

At Noteology, we are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING on all orders $99 or more (excluding taxes).  For shipments totaling less than $99, a flat rate of $15 will be applied.  We ship via UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise noted. Any specials or promotions for free or discounted shipping will follow the same guidelines and will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, unless otherwise noted. 

 

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Charges
Residents of Alaska & Hawaii will be charged an additional $25 per order.  We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

 

International/Canadian & APO/EPO Orders
We do not ship to these locations at this time.

 

Overnight & Express Shipping

Overnight & Express shipping is available on orders placed before noon, EST, Monday-Friday.  All orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.  Please call for a quote.

Local Pick-Up

If you select Local Pick-Up as your shipping option, you will receive an email or phone call letting you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick up orders will be processed in the same manner as shipped orders and will be processed in the order they are received. Please do not come to the shop to pick up your order until you receive confirmation that it is ready. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will go into the system for processing on Monday. RETURNS POLICY
When purchasing fine fragrances, we highly encourage you to purchase samples first before you purchase the full-size bottles as used products are not eligible for a return.
All products, excluding minis, sample sizes and gift cards, can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after receipt of merchandise. Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please email info@Noteology.com to get return authorization, approval & RMA#. We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. We do not receive COD returns. Returns without an RMA may not be honored.

 

Damages in transit, lost or stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded unless you select Route Package Protection during checkout for your shipping insurance. Once the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier, not us. If you did select Route during checkout, your order will be covered for a replacement or refund. If you did not select Route Package Protection with your order, your order will not be refunded or replaced by us, however you may file a claim with the carrier.

Once you receive an RMA, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded or store credit issued within 6 business days after we receive the package.

Defective merchandise will be replaced.  All defective claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise for a replacement. Please email info@Noteology.com to report the defect.
